Availly ("we", "our", "the app") is a free-time sharing calendar app developed by Bera Icli. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Account information — email address, display name, and a unique user ID, collected when you sign up via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
• Calendar data — the free-time calendars you create, including calendar names, time slots, and sharing preferences.
• Meeting proposals — times, messages, and statuses of proposals you send or receive.
• Invites — email addresses of people you invite to view your calendars.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your identity and maintain your account.
• To store and display your free-time calendars.
• To share your calendars with people you choose.
• To facilitate meeting proposals between users.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

3. Third-Party Services

Availly uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication — to manage sign-in. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Cloud Firestore — to store your data securely. Data is stored in Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Google Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Google. Google Privacy Policy
• Apple Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Apple. Apple Privacy Policy

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with security rules that ensure:

• Only you can write to your own profile and calendars.
• Only people you explicitly share with can view your calendars.
• Proposals are visible only to the sender and recipient.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the support email below. Upon deletion, all your calendars, time slots, proposals, and invites will be permanently removed.

6. Children's Privacy

Availly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
